    DLI (Daehan Life Insurance) building also called Yook-Sam or building 63 is one of the tallest skyscrapers in South Korea (249 metres high) and it is located on Yeoudo Island in Seoul overlooking the Han River. DLI Building is called Building 63 because of the number of its floors even though three of those floors are underground so the observatory is actually on the 60th floor. Building 63 is also called the Golden Tower because its exterior is covered in golden reflective glass. Building 63 in Seoul was completed in 1985 and at the time it was the tallest building in South Korea. The lower floors host a shopping mall an IMAX theatre a convention hall a banquet hall and an aquarium. Yook-Sam also has various restaurants between floors 56 and 59 offering Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Western dishes. The observatory is located on the 60th floor and from there it is possible to enjoy a good view of Seoul.

  • Han River Cruise

    Hangang (Han River) Ferry Cruise is one of the best ways to enjoy the scenery around Han River that flows through Seoul. Cool wind from the river, the surrounding scenery, which get more beautiful in the evenings, are the rewards the ferry cruise can offer you.
    On the cruise, you can see Han River's beautiful scenery, the surrounding islands, Jeoldusan Park, the 63 City Building, N Seoul Tower, Jamsil's Multi Sports Complex, and other famous tourist spots.
    The cruise is often used for weddings, birthday parties, music performances and other events. The live concerts connect piano playing with singing voices, and will live on in memories.

    The symbol of reunification & the parliamentary system the National Assembly building was constructed in Yeouido in 1975. It took about 6 years to construct the greatest assembly hall in Asia. 24 columns around the building & a dome represent public opinion & democratic principles.

[1] Free Pick-up Service is conducted at major hotels in downtown Seoul.

- Specific Pick-up Point and Time will be given through the Confirmation Letter.

- In case of heavy traffic, pick up service could be delayed occasionally.

- We disclaim all the responsibility for accident or lost due to the customer's carelessness.

- Travel Insurance applies any time after succes to the accident of vehicle traffic only, and the settlement of traffic accidents would be done according to the Policy of Insurance Company.

- If at any time after successfully booked your tour and the Tour Schedule unexpectedly has been changed due to circumstances which we reasonably consider to be beyond our control or reasons of safety, we shall at our option, either: a) carry you on the same Tour on the next available date; or b) refund you the Paid Amount and we shall have no further liability to you.

- If the time during your tour and the Tour Schedule unexpectedly has been changed due to circumstances which we reasonably consider to be beyond our control or reasons of safety, we shall at our option, either: a) carry you on the similar type of Alternative Attractions; or b) refund you the Admission Fee for the attractions which we can't visit and we shall have no further liability to you.
